As a Sales Executive in a HR Consulting firm, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients and generating revenue by selling HR. Consulting service to companies. You will play a role in identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Responsible for sakes to potential clients.
- Needs Mapping: Analyzing client needs and preparing offers tailored to their needs.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients to explain the benefits and advantages of the training programs offered
- Negotiate prices and sales terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction after sales
- Monitor market trends, competitions, and changes in the industry to identify new sales.opportunities.
- Report sales activities regularly to superiors, including achievement of sales targets and prospect developments.
