Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology.
• Willing and able to commit to an internship program for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
• Domiciled in West Jakarta.
• Strong interest in the field of Human Resources (HR).
• Understanding of HR fundamentals, such as recruitment, performance management, employee administration, and industrial relationship.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Active on social media and able to create interesting content related to employee branding.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team, with a high level of initiative in completing tasks.
• Proficient in using office applications (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and social media platforms.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in handling assigned tasks.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support HR administration, including managing employee data, updating databases, and creating HR-related documents.
• Manage and create HR-related content on the company’s social media platforms to attract potential candidates and build employer branding.
• Support the organization of internal company events related to employee development or other HR activities.
• Assist in preparing regular HR reports to support management decisions.
