What you will do:
- Assist to create and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Present training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, and simulations.
- Maintains records of trininig and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assesments, and retraining requirements.
- Assesses training materials prepared by instructors.
- Ensuring the effectivity or learning programs implementation through conducting post-learning evaluation.
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
- Performs other related duties as required.
What you will bring to the role:
- Fresh Graduate majoring in Psychology/Human Capital Management major or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both verbal and written,
- Active in organization in-campus or off-campus, and have great project management skills.
- Have the hunger to learn something new and a great problem solver.
- Collaborative and have great interpersonal communications skills.
