Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection: Develop recruitment plans based on business needs, responsible for job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and final candidate selection.
- Employee Training and Development: Design and implement employee training programs to improve job skills and professional development.
- Performance Management: Develop and execute performance appraisal systems to help employees improve performance and achieve company goals.
- Employee Relations and Communication: Establish and maintain good employee relations, handle feedback, concerns, and labor disputes, ensuring a harmonious internal environment.
- Compensation and Benefits Management: Develop and optimize the company’s compensation structure and benefits policy to ensure market competitiveness.
- Compliance with Labor Laws: Ensure the company's HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, and handle contracts and employee onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Corporate Culture Development: Promote the development and communication of the company culture to enhance employee cohesion and sense of belonging.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR management, with experience in the forklift or machinery industry preferred.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively handle various HR matters.
- Strategic thinking ability to drive HR policies and company development from a broad perspective.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
