We're seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team! You'll play a key role in keeping our HR and some finance operations running smoothly, handling a mix of important tasks that keep everything on track. In this role, you'll juggle HR duties and financial management, helping us stay organized and efficient as we grow.
The candidate will be working at our branch located in Uluwatu.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Tasks: Help with hiring, onboarding new team members, and keeping everyone happy and supported at work.
- Finance Duties: Manage our financial records, payroll, budgets, and transactions, making sure everything is accurate and on point.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, health benefits, and other employee benefits.
- Policy and Strategy: Pitch in with creating and updating company policies and financial strategies, aiming to make things run smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Spirit: Keep our workplace positive and lively with engaging employee programs and activities.
Requirements:
- A degree in HR, Finance, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in HR and finance roles
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential
