Position Overview:
The HRGA (Human Resources and General Affairs) Officer is responsible for managing all HR-related activities, including recruitment, personnel management, payroll, and general affairs. This role ensures that the company’s HR policies are effectively implemented, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of general administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Personnel Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing any concerns or grievances to promote a harmonious work environment.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Payroll Administration:
- Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
- General Affairs:
- Oversee office administration tasks, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office facilities, and management of service providers.
- Manage company assets, ensuring proper inventory management and record-keeping.
- Organize and manage company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all HR and general affairs activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and general affairs roles. Experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing employee administration, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and payroll processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple
tasks and meet deadlines. - High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be placed under PT Fore Bakery Indonesia
