Job Description
- Assist in data entry of all financial transactions, from payments, variable costs, to bank deposits and budgets.
- Assist in auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
- Provide us with accurate quantitative information about the financial position, liquidity and cash flow of our business, while ensuring we comply with all tax regulations.
Job Requirement
- Obedient Muslim (hijab).
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience
- Experienced with bookkeeping and the ability to find numerical errors.
- Have intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout the organization
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Very detail oriented
