Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Administration or a similar role
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Having experience in the recruitment process (job posting, screening, scoring)
- Good Command in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel6. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and able to do multitask.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement
- Willing to be placed in Gresik
Responsibilities :
- Manage day to day benefit business process to be more effective
- Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction
- Prepare for company events such as job fair, training sessions, etc., by arranging materials, setting up rooms, and handling logistics (e.g., presentation materials, projectors, test forms, snacks, seating, etc.)
- Collaborate with leaders to identify organizational development needs, opportunities, and challenges
- Responsible for office assets
- To prepare the administrative work in the HR area
