  • Responsibilities:

    • Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
    • Review incoming resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
    • Help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
    • Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and gathering necessary information.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking sessions.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and team members effectively.
    • A keen eye for detail is crucial when reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records.
    • The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is important.
    • A willingness to collaborate with team members and take direction from experienced professionals is essential for success.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
    • A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with candidates, team members, and other stakeholders.
    • Maintain a high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.
