Job Description

• Performance appraisal and people development evaluation.
• Design, develop, organize, and facilitate training programs for employees.
• Develop learning curriculum and manage program delivery logistics (training calendars, facilitators, and invitation)
• Measures and evaluate the impact of available learning programs and propose improvement initiatives
• Improving the end-to-end employee journey/ life cycle starts from attraction until off boarding
• Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate all culture & engagement programs

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree from Psychology
• Ladies Only, maximum 35 years old
• Has a good self & team leadership
• Have a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Passionate on people development & learning initiatives, including leadership development programs
• Ability to assimilate technically complex information and express it clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training impact
• Have good presentation development and facilitation skills capability
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
