PT Adis Dimension Footwear

PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, part of Shoetown Group Indonesia, is a shoe manufacturing company in Indonesia, currently producing shoes under the Nike trademark, founded in May 1989 in Balaraja, precisely on Jalan Raya Serang Km 24, Balaraja-Tangerang, about 38 km from Jakarta.

PT Adis Dimension Footwear started its first production in March 1990 with products exported to various parts of the world such as Belgium, Japan, China, America and Argentina. With more than 8000 employees, PT Adis Dimension Footwear is currently able to produce 225 thousand pairs of shoes per week which consists of three main categories, namely Young Athlete (YA), Nike Sport Wear (NSW) and Tennis.

We work professionally based on world work standards, including ISO: 14001 and OHSAS: 18001, to maintain good performance in the field of environment, occupational safety and health, and ISO: 9001 to ensure the quality and quality of the shoes we produce. Due to our commitment and hard work to be the best in the shoe industry, we received a number of awards from the government as a company with Zero Accidents (2013) and a Green Level for the Company Rating Work Assessment Program (PROPER) from the State Minister of the Environment (2011- 2012).

As a form of our concern to improve the quality and develop the competence of our employees, we regularly hold and provide a series of training programs such as Management Trainee, Young Talent Acceleration, Shoe Master Academy, INCC (NOS Academy) and various other internal and external trainings, which aim to build and develop the hard skills and soft skills of the workers. After more than 27 years in the shoe industry, PT Adis Dimension Footwear was awarded as one of the best shoe manufacturers in Indonesia.
