Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (may not always be mandatory).

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Ability to learn and understand complex tax regulations.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirement

• Assist in data entry and record keeping for tax purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Verify supporting documents and perform tax calculations, adhering to relevant regulations.

• Prepare monthly and annual tax calculation dan reporting for Supervisor to review

• Assist in closing/reconciliation tax account

• Communicate with third parties (clients/vendors) regarding any tax matters, including responding to inquiries and collecting information/documentation.

• Assist supervisor in liaise with tax officer regarding response to tax official letters (if any).

• Assist in other local tax review (such as billboard tax,etc) 

• Research tax regulations and stay updated on any changes.
