The Senior Internal Auditor will oversee and lead audit engagements, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, compliance with regulations, and the accuracy of financial reporting. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on audit projects, mentoring audit staff, and collaborating with other departments to enchance organizational performance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement audit plans and schedules based on risk assessments
• Lead audit engagements, including financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Ensure audits are conducted following established standards and timelines.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend actionable improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to address and resolve audit findings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the audit methodology and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of internal or external auditing experience.
