Key Responsibilities:
- Branding Administration: Assist in managing and distributing report, financial, branding materials as directed by the CMO to managers and supervisors.
- Promotion Support: Coordinate promotional activities and ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns, cost report.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and manage marketing reports, presentations, and documentation (all Fore Group Brand).
- Collaboration: Liaise with the marketing team to support various administrative and operational tasks. (liaise with: Operation, L&D, R&D, Finance and Tech).
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
