Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with legal standards and reflect company values.
  • Maintain and regularly update HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management and HR consultants to continuously refine and improve HR processes.
  • Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Act as an initial mediator for employee disputes, facilitating fair and prompt resolutions.
  • Proactively address employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Foster open communication channels to promote engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees to gather feedback and strengthen engagement.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Maintain a candidate database and assist in tracking recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
  • Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments, adhering to tax and legal requirements.
  • Address any payroll-related disputes transparently and accurately.
  • Support the performance appraisal process to align employee goals with company objectives.
  • Contribute ideas for gamification and engagement initiatives to enhance employee motivation.
  • Act as a supportive advisor, providing career guidance and personal support when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing a degree in these areas.
  • 1+ year of HR-related experience through internships, part-time roles, or entry-level positions (experience in recruitment or payroll support is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS software is a bonus.
  • Enthusiasm for building positive relationships and supporting employee engagement.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain compliance with company policies.
