Job Description
- Identify and qualify potential partners for McEasy products to target the B2B market
- Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth implementation of McEasy’s solutions for new partners
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with Partners to strengthen partnerships.
- Execute outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation, to build a robust sales pipeline
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Schedule visits to be conducted by Team Sales (BD, SE and Tele) and introduce them to the customers' point of contact (PIC)
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, Partner interactions, and business opportunities in CRM tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and account management for internal stakeholders.
- Actively network with industry stakeholders to create and maintain opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experiences
- Expert in verbal and written communication skills to present McEasy’s products and services to various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, client/partner needs analysis, and lead generation strategies
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, showing initiative and creativity in problem-solving.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong interpersonal skills to works collaboratively accross diffrent teams, including product, sales, and technical support, to deliver a seamless client experience
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Highly motivated individual with a proactive approach to pursuing and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple Partners, and meet deadlines.
