  • Job Description

     

    • Identify and qualify potential partners for McEasy products to target the B2B market
    • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
    • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth implementation of McEasy’s solutions for new partners
    • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with Partners to strengthen partnerships.
    • Execute outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation, to build a robust sales pipeline
    • Serve as the main point of contact for existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Schedule visits to be conducted by Team Sales (BD, SE and Tele) and introduce them to the customers' point of contact (PIC)
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, Partner interactions, and business opportunities in CRM tools.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and account management for internal stakeholders.
    • Actively network with industry stakeholders to create and maintain opportunities for partnership and collaboration.

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum 1-3 years of working experiences
    • Expert in verbal and written communication skills to present McEasy’s products and services to various stakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, client/partner needs analysis, and lead generation strategies
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, showing initiative and creativity in problem-solving.
    • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to works collaboratively accross diffrent teams, including product, sales, and technical support, to deliver a seamless client experience
    • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
    • Highly motivated individual with a proactive approach to pursuing and achieving sales targets.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple Partners, and meet deadlines.
