Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer categories and feedback provided by Sales Engineers.
• Update and maintain customer master files based on insights from site visits.
• Inform the marketing office of Sales Engineers' reports via email.
• Ensure all data files are accurate and send offers to potential customers via email, as well as print hardcopy reports for Sales Representatives to present during site visits.
• Receive purchase orders from customers and verify key details such as Tax File Number, quotation prices, estimated delivery dates, and additional taxes.
• Scan and send sales invoices to the marketing unit.
• Assist the after-sales service by monitoring item stock and inputting relevant data accurately into the company’s internal database.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Interest in the mining and heavy machinery industry is a plus.
