Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview schedule.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
- Assist in organising staff training, workshops, and activities.
- Maintain secure and confidential HR databases and filing systems.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure the registration and administration of the employees' benefit programs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
- Proven experince in a human resource or administrative role.
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in law or psychology.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, with a solid foundation in HR theory.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
- Strong ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
