Job Qualifications :
- Minimum S1 education from various majors (preferably from Management, Business, or related fields).
- More than 5 years of experience as Sales Manager or equivalent managerial position in Telecommunication/Internet Service Provider (satellite/VSAT) industry is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and able to assess customer opportunities and competitor behaviour.
- Proven ability to develop business strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication and team development skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.

- Lead all operational, technical, and project activities for the Batam branch.
- Create business development strategy in Batam area.
- Manage resource planning, project timelines, quality delivery, and coordination across departments
- Provide leadership in identifying technical solutions and supporting Certification functions
- Ensure smooth execution of inspection services and drive customer satisfaction through effective engagement
- Review and manage project financials including P&L, budgeting, and cost controls
- Coordinate with service lines and finance team to ensure commercial pricing and cost efficiency
- Produce weekly and monthly summary reports covering operations, technical matters, and issue escalations
- Create and present reports, and be responsible for reporting to the head office.
- Provide technical presentations and documentation to clients and prospects
- Address and resolve all technical queries and clarify requirements in line with project needs
- Represent the company in client meetings
- Overview and responsibility all operations
- Responsibility to achieve sales target
