Job Description

• Design and manage a comprehensive employee journal plan that outlines individual development paths, career progression, and skill-building opportunities.

• Regularly review and update plans to reflect changes in employee goals and company objectives.

• Develop and enforce HR policies that comply with local and national labor laws.

• Ensure all employees are well-informed about company policies and procedures.

• Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires align with company culture.

• Facilitate the performance review process, providing guidance to managers and employees on setting goals, giving feedback, and developing improvement plans.

• Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

• Mediate conflicts and provide support to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Provide adminidtrative support for Business Strategic Departement.

• Assist in the administrative task such as managing payroll, updating employee records, and ensuring labor laws compliance using Human Capital Platform tool.
